📋 TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Payment

• All tour bookings will be confirmed after payment has been successfully verified.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, QRIS, credit card, or other available payment methods provided during booking.
• Guests are required to complete payment according to the total amount stated in the booking confirmation.


2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 3–7 days before the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours before the tour date or no-shows are non-refundable.


3. Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds will be processed within up to 7 business days.
• Transaction fees and payment processing charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be sent using the original payment method whenever possible.


4. Changes & Operational Conditions

• GOVOYALOOP reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen operational circumstances.
• In such situations, guests will be offered alternative arrangements or refunds based on the situation and applicable policies.


5. Guest Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
• All participants are expected to follow instructions provided by the driver, captain, or tour guide for safety and comfort purposes.
• GOVOYALOOP is not responsible for losses, damages, delays, injuries, or incidents caused by factors beyond our direct control.


6. Punctuality

• Guests are expected to be ready at the agreed pick-up location and time.
• Delays caused by guests may reduce tour duration without refund or compensation.


7. Privacy & Customer Support

• All customer personal information and booking details will be kept secure and confidential.
• Our team is committed to providing customer support and assistance before and during the tour experience.


8. Travel Insurance

• Guests are strongly advised to have personal travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, and trip cancellations during their holiday.
